The victim claims that she was at home with her partner when at some point she attracted his attention with household chores. According to the woman, the house will be destroyed, and the man does not work.
After the interrogation, the man changed his clothes and hit the victim with his fist on the back of the head, which made him dizzy. The man then pushed her and slapped her.
The pregnant woman also had injuries to her elbows and knees, which she said were caused by a fall from her bike.
Police said the 21-year-old was not at the scene, but they found him near a house in the Santa Regina area of Itajai.
He suggested that he quarreled with his wife because she was “talking to another man on a cell phone.” However, the suspect stated that he “would hold his hand tighter” and denied the attacks.
The woman also said that the man has a daughter who does not help in raising her because she does not work.
The man was arrested and taken to the Itajai police station as the author of the bodily harm, as he was involved in a domestic violence situation under the María da Peña Law.
