She said that her brother was like a son, that he lived with her and that the crime happened around the corner from her house. “Our relationship was that of a mother and son, Louis was like my son. I am his older sister and he has always been very attached to me. After the birth of my first son, he became even more attached to us. Now I have two children, his nephews, who do not stop crying because they were very close, ”she said in shock.

Shortly after the crime, a loud noise was cited as a possible motive for the crime, but Carla points out that she saw security camera images and claims that it was her brother’s friends who were actually making the noise.

“They went to the tobacco shop on a Saturday night, he and two friends, and when they came back they arrived with a bang. The three of them were on the street in front of Luis’s friend’s house when a guy out of nowhere came out of the house, arguing with the boys, ”he reports.

Carla continues by saying that the images show Luis walking towards the man and they start arguing. “You can clearly see Luis signaling with his hand to stop, to move away. He pushes my brother, Louis comes back to stop the guy from climbing on his friends, and when my brother turns around, he shoots my brother in the back. He shot my brother six times. Everyone beat him, he was pierced all over and died instantly. He died in a mess, because of some stupidity, ”the sister is indignant.

The delegate in charge of the case, Enrique Stodiek, says the police investigation is ongoing and there is no news at this time. In addition, he stressed that so far the version told by the sister of Luis Fernando is also the version that is collected in the testimony.

“While this is the version, it depends on what he and his wife say. The suspect was supposed to introduce himself, only the testimony of him and his wife is missing, so nothing has been decided, ”he emphasizes.

According to the PM (military police), at about 4:30 am, a 36-year-old man arrived in a black car, got out of it and went to the victim. After a brief discussion, the defendants drew their firearms and fired several shots. The victim could not bear his injuries and died at the scene.

Four hours later, on the same street, a relative of the victim went to the presumed address of the accused and fired two shots at the place of residence. No harm done.
