Two neighborhoods in Joinville, north of Santa Catarina, will run out of water this Sunday (16) because the Companhia Águas de Joinville will be working to improve the water network in the Santo Antonio area, north of the city. Due to work in the areas of Santo Antonio and Saguazu, water supply will be interrupted during the day. The forecast is that the recovery of supply in the region will occur in the early hours from Sunday to Monday (17.10).

Since this is a part of the city with heavy vehicle traffic during the week, service was scheduled for Sunday when traffic is lower.

The Companhia Águas de Joinville recommends that residents have a water tank in addition to the conscious and responsible use of the resource.

Water Saving Tips

In the shower:

Avoid long baths. The shower is one of the devices in the house where the most water is consumed. Avoid brushing your teeth, shaving, or shaving in the shower.
