Two accidents blocked the lanes of BR-101 this Saturday morning (8) between Araquari and Barra Velha, north of Santa Catarina. The beatings took place at intervals of less than five hours.

The first accident occurred at about 6 am at km 82 in Barra Velha, on the side street towards Curitiba. Two trucks were involved in the incident and one person was slightly injured.

The right lane and the roadside were blocked, they were released at about 7:30 am. The peak of congestion was two kilometers.

Nearly five hours later, around 10:30 am, three vehicles were involved in an accident at km 63 in Araquari, on the lane towards Porto Alegre. According to Arteris Litoral Sul, no one was hurt.

The left lane was closed, but has since been vacated. Around 11:30 only the shoulder was closed. Traffic moves slowly along the segment.
