Police are trying to identify a man who was caught masturbating next to a young woman on a beach in Navegantes, north coast of Santa Catarina. The incident happened last Friday (23).

So far, there has only been one complaint against the man, but according to the delegate who initiated the investigation, Patricia Burin, “there are reports that he has been seen committing this crime several times.”

According to the complaint, the victim was on the beach when a man in a green sweatshirt sat down next to her and began to masturbate.

The delegate encourages people who have gone through the same situation to report the person. Thus, the work of identifying a person can be facilitated.
