A 51-year-old man, who was detained at the scene by officers of the MRTv (military traffic police) without clothes with his 11-year-old stepdaughter in the car, stated in a statement to the Civil Police that he took off his clothes because he felt unwell, but could not explain why, because the child is also naked.

It happened on the night of this Thursday (22) in Brusca, in the valley of Itajai. The delegate present at the act, Daniel Diaz, reported that in the testimony the man did not know how to give much explanation.

“I asked him why he was standing on the side of the road, in a lonely, dark place, with no clothes on him and on the girl, but he had few explanations. He said about him that he felt bad, he had diarrhea and therefore he took off his clothes, he was even without underwear, his underwear was on the floor of the car. This was his excuse, but when I asked why the minor was also without clothes, without panties, naked, he said that he could not explain, ”the delegate said.

The delegate also said that the man has no criminal record and has been living with his family for six years. In addition, the mother of the child has not yet been heard.

They called the Board of Trustees of Bruska, accompanied the child and took him to the hospital for tests. The case will now be investigated by the Dpcami (Delegation for the Protection of Children, Adolescents, Women and the Elderly) in Brusca. The judge ordered the man’s pre-trial detention.

A 51-year-old man, seeing the PMRv car, jumped from the back seat to the front, which attracted the attention of the police. Approaching the car, the operatives noticed that the man was wearing shorts and no underwear.

While inspecting the car, police noticed that there was a child in the back seat. The 11-year-old girl was already half-naked when law enforcement officers arrived, and the suspect’s underwear was lying in the front seat of the car.
