The city of Balneario Camboriu on the north coast of South Carolina will receive another giant. The 197-meter skyscraper with 131 apartments should be commissioned at the end of 2028.

With rainforest-inspired landscaping and a children’s area in honor of Monteiro Lobato, the property’s concept is to give the public the feeling of being in the middle of a forest in the heart of Balneario Camboriu.
131 apartments on 60 floors of the building will have an area of 171.66 m² to 451.86 m².
The largest apartment available, a duplex penthouse, will have a private pool, four suites, a 119.60 m² living area combined with an outdoor area, and an elevator that provides direct access to the apartment.
In total, there will be eight different factories and five elevators that will serve the future residents of the 197-meter enterprise.
“In recent years and with the pandemic itself, we have noticed a change in values in consumer behavior. We perceive an increasingly sophisticated view of our “land”, our unique landscapes and Brazilian artistic talents. Combining this philosophy with state-of-the-art technology along with the EMBRAED standard will certainly be another success,” explains Embraed President Tatiana Rosa Sekinel.
According to the company, 55 thousand m² will be built, and the total sales value will be 793 million reais. The Marena building will be built on Rua 1910, in the central part of the city, 140 meters from the beach in Balneario Camboriú.
One of the differences of the enterprise is the recreation area, which will have an area of 4.2 thousand m², divided into two spaces.
Attractions in the lower recreation area include five pools, one of which is heated, a gym, wet and dry saunas, digital work, a massage and spa, and a small market.
In the upper part, residents will be able to use a party room, a relaxation room and a children’s gym.
For children, a relaxation area inspired by the writer Monteiro Lobato called Casa do Sítio will bring elements of Sítio do Picapau Amarelo.
The price of all this luxury and comfort, however, is not for everyone. At the preliminary stage, the apartments are sold at a price of 4.2 million reais and can reach 12 million reais.
