The Assistant Secretary General of the National Bar Association, Milena Gama, was responsible for the presidency. Together with the members of the committee, the specific regulation of marketing, advertising and information in the bar will be monitored, as the topic is still subject to many doubts.

In case of any changes or even doubts, the proposal will be sent to the OAB Federal Council for analysis based on the Code of Ethics and Discipline relating to this topic.
