Security footage from a building in central Balneario Camboriu captured the exact moment a man was hit by a Porsche as he was crossing the street. The accident happened last Sunday (11), around 00:15.

The car that caused the accident was trying to escape, at which point the woman accompanying the victim followed the luxury car and collided with the goal of detaining the driver. Municipal security was called to the scene and, upon arrival at the scene, was informed that the car that was supposed to hit the man was trying to escape from the scene.

Approaching the driver of the Porsche, the agents determined that he was clearly intoxicated, staggering, exhaling a strong odor of alcohol, and apparently disoriented. At the same time, the man was arrested and sent to the police station for appropriate procedures.

At the time of writing, the victim’s state of health has not been reported.
