Thus, Martin won the lawsuit. The Puerto Rican team released a memo saying the judge had quashed a temporary restraining order issued a week ago.

“As we expected, the temporary protection order was not extended by the court. The prosecutor confirmed to the court that the decision to dismiss the case was made by him alone, without any external influence or pressure. And the prosecutor confirmed that he was satisfied with his legal representation in this case. It has never been anything more than a disturbed person making false claims without any evidence. We are pleased that our client has achieved justice and is now able to continue his life and career.”
