According to a New York Post report, a transgender inmate impregnated two female inmates in a women’s prison. The situation forced American justice to transfer 27-year-old Dani Minor from the New Jersey Women’s Prison to a juvenile colony. This is a temporary measure until it is determined what to do in this unprecedented and unusual situation involving a transgender person.

A prisoner serving a 30-year sentence for manslaughter maintains a blog called “Justice 4 Demi” – “Justice for Demi”. After the transfer, she is “the only woman in prison”. In the post, Demi makes a number of claims and says her “request to be searched by a female police officer” was denied.
“They violated my right to safety and freedom from sexual harassment by placing me in one of the most brutal juvenile correctional facilities,” wrote Demi. “I have been attacked by young inmates who are immature and just don’t know anything about a person like me.”
