Garuva’s court system, Norte Catarinense, is getting modern and structured with the announcement of a new building in the county. The facilities are located in the Urubuwara area with a focus on environmental, social and economic sustainability. The site will have bike racks and changing rooms. Another innovation is skirting boards made from certified wood, treated and determined under the reforestation management. Rainwater will be reused and a sewage treatment plant will be used.
The bid opening will be open in July and companies interested in participating in the tender can submit bids until 11 July.
TJSC Everton director of engineering and architecture, William Tischer, explained that the goal is to reduce maintenance costs. At the same time, priority is given to the use of durable materials and simple infrastructure solutions. Accessibility will also be considered in the project. The estimated cost of the work is 14,556,976.75 reais with a completion time of 600 days.
