Negotiations between Banco Santander and construction company Lotisa began last year, but the hammer was struck only on the 9th of the same month when the partnership agreement was signed.

We are talking about the fact that the land on which the building of Banco Real was located in the past, and today the bank Santander is located, will give way to a new building of the construction company.

The company approached the choice of the area surgically, because in addition to being located in the central part of Itajai next to the pedestrian street Ercilio Luz, the main urbanization works are taking place in the area of ​​​​the Church of Marco Zero and Imaculada Conceisan, which promises to appreciate this place even more.

In addition to the land owned by the Spanish bank, the construction company bought at its own expense three more lands nearby, up to at an altitude of 2200 meters square in front of the square of the Church of the Immaculate Conception.

Fabio Inturn, CEO of construction company Lotisa, explains that the land in Santander is a partnership with Santander and that the construction company is the first partnership in the southern region of Brazil in the business model.

In terms of construction, the company says the model to be applied is widely used in large cities with space and car sharing, in addition to the habit of working from home or living closer to work.

The company has yet to release images of the project, but the column found that city ​​center (city center in English) will offer a new housing concept.

The project, which will be launched on the market on July 6, will offer studios up to 51 sq. m with a common ecosystem.

The property will be available for rent through a platform for short and medium term rentals.
