“Request to colleagues to take part and vote. It is important to be able to speak up and be heard in court, especially for women who strive for gender equality. I am a woman with 30 years of experience in labor law and a technical background. I will be able to understand the pain of lawyers and lawyers,” he says.
front of action
The role of a judge is to review first degree decisions, but as a lawyer who becomes a judge, Maria believes she is committed to Santa Catarina law to be an open channel to communicate with the Court.
She emphasizes that she intends to ensure equality of treatment between the parties, to ensure respect for lawyers in their profession and to ensure legal certainty in the processes.
“I will also seek to preserve the prerogatives of a lawyer in court. Also, I will keep a close eye on the speed of the process. Delayed justice doesn’t work. Those who seek their right want to be served.”
