Prosecutor Luis Felipe de Oliveira Chesnat recalls that on June 18, 2020, the accused was paid an amount of 5,000 reais for the purchase of raw materials and milk. On September 24, 2020, an amount of R$ 5,237.27 was also allocated to cover costs and milk. “In all court decisions that determined the issuance of the above amounts, a period of 30 days from each act is set for the submission of reports proving the purchase of these products. However, despite the fact that they were called several times to be held accountable, they did not do this, thereby failing to comply with the court order,” the prosecutor condemns.
