Laura Mugika will become the new CEO and Advisor to the Unidad Editorial effective September 4, the effective date of this appointment. Mugika, who has so far served as CEO of Media at Henneo, will take on responsibility for leading the company’s growth, digital innovation and internationalization strategy.

Mujica spent most of her professional career in the field of communications. In 1999, she was appointed Marketing Director of the Spanish Press, the publishing house that merged with Grupo Correo to form Vocento, where between 2002 and 2019 she held various management positions related to planning, alliance building and the development of new business lines. He previously worked for international groups such as Peugeot, Fiat and BMW. Mugika holds a Master’s Degree in Digital Transformation from Dibex ISDI and an Executive MBA from the Instituto de Empresa.
