Leading anthillPablo Motos was at the center of the hurricane all weekend because of the revelation their courageous attitude during the program after the campaign launched by the Ministry of Equality November 25, on the occasion of the Day to End Violence Against Women, in which she pointed out the macho stance in the media. Now the mayor of Madrid, Jose Luis Martinez-Almeida, has intervened in the controversy.

That ad featured a TV presenter asking guests uncomfortable questions like whether he prefers to sleep in sexy or comfortable underwear, and it didn’t take long for the networks to collect similar moments from Motos.

Elsa Pataky, Pilar Rubio, Monica Naranjo, Cara Delevingne, Monica Carrillo or Shakira are just some of the celebrities that Motos interviewed and made some courageous comments. This was told by social networks, the initiators of the “conflict” with the Valencian presenter.

The presenter came out in defense on his TV space and directly criticized Equality. “We have sharply criticized the lawit’s just yes it’s yes’ and the ministry spent over a million euros of public money on a TV campaign to call me macho,” he said.

Currently, defend Motos, the mayor of Madrid posted on his social networks a fragment of his visit to anthill where the ants ask him a question similar to the one the Valencian asked Pataki.

“Everyone wonders how you sleep. Plush pajamas, with buttons and stripes, all loose, T-shirt on top and nothing on the bottom? We cheered the team up,” Trancas and Barrancas ask. The mayor replies: “I will have to think about the answer, because there may be many women on the other side of the screen, waiting for what I will say. I’m classic: pajamas with buttons and stripes.

The tweet to which Rita Maestre was quick to respond: “When he touches your ass, he says he can’t look you in the eyes because of the neckline, invades your personal space, sexualizes you and constantly bothers you, you will be a victim. Meanwhile, you’re just a guy who laughs at a macho man instead of telling him to stop.”

The mayor of Madrid responded to Maestra by posting an old video of Maestra in which she appears on the street and asks about Pablo Iglesias and “his lustful looks”: “Well, you were the one who was the colleague,” the mayor said in a tweet.

“Dedicate yourself to managing Madrid instead of looking for videos from 15 years ago to cover up the fact that you screwed up to the core by defending the machos. It’s hard to fall any lower,” Más Madrid’s city council spokesman and mayoral candidate told him in a new post on the aforementioned social network.
