I wrote the song “Eurovision” for my mother long before the war, but after it it began to have different meanings for different people,” he said about this, and this is what that “Stephanie”, which is the title of the song, eventually became a war anthem. “I will return home because I lead a volunteer organization that helps refugees with food, shelter and medicine. I will continue to do so. We will organize Eurovision in a happy and rebuilt Ukraine,” he added in his speech.
