This journey is driven by HR Descod Tech, an innovation initiative launched in 2019 as a spin-off of startup NFE.io. The technology market is constantly growing and the demand for skilled professionals is constantly growing.

According to a survey conducted by Brasscom (Brazilian Association of Information and Communication Technology Companies), about 159,000 professionals per year will be needed to meet the demand. At the same time, the need for development is becoming more and more obvious.

Classes will be accompanied by simple, practical and inclusive methodologies. During these three years, the Decoded program has already received more than five thousand applications, more than two thousand students have been affected at the initial stages, 450 participants in the training routes and 30 specialists have entered the professional market.

Francisco da Silva Junior, current director of learning and innovation at NFE.io, notes that the course has been designed and adapted for students while maintaining the quality of their learning.

“This is not a short trip. On the contrary, it is complex, intensive and complete so that all students can solve the problems of the labor market. We make this a reality because we have a methodology that encourages autonomy and responsibility in the learning process,” he emphasizes.

In addition, he points out that, in other words, the student will believe in his potential and develop all the necessary skills to follow a career related to his life goals.

Students “decoded” in IT

“I chose Decoded because it was a program for women where I saw an opportunity to learn something difficult. The fact that other women started from scratch, like me, motivated me to continue. I really enjoyed the very detailed mentoring and above all the patience of the mentors as we were new to programming. I recommend Decoded to mature women who want to discover themselves, challenge themselves and discard all programming prejudices. Together we are strong,” emphasizes the new developer.

The transcript is divided into semester cycles, lasting two years. The first phase is called Trilha Zero, the space for acceptance and guidance.

After that, students complete four training tracks: “Opening the Path to Web Programming”, “Progressing the Path to Web Programming”, “Creating and Integrating Front-end Applications” and “Creating and Integrating Applications from the Back End”.

Each training track lasts a maximum of 20 weeks, after which it ends with the development of a digital product that can be used as a portfolio to enter the digital market. To participate, click here.
