The history of SISGETEP (Efficient Time Management System with Excellence and Performance) starts in Apiuna in 2015 with the aim of solving the production control problems of a group of garment fractions in the municipality. In addition to the privileged location, which is considered the center of the textile industry in Santa Catarina, the success of the results contributed to the start-up’s growth. Of the four clients, SISGETEP today serves over 200 companies, including the Kyly Group, the reference brand for children’s fashion in Brazil.

The great difference of the tool is the ability to control with great practicality all the operations that are part of the company in this segment. There are screens for measuring performance – “Balance”, “Timer”, “Individual and group production control”, as well as for administrative purposes – “Invoicing”, “Accounts payable and receivables”, “ABVTEX document control” and “Production Reports”. Since each business is unique, the platform can be customized to suit the needs of the client, regardless of the stage of the production chain in which they are included.

For businesses that act as service providers in the textile sector, the tool also offers supply chain management and supply screens to monitor garment production in real time. In this way, it is possible to visualize the progress of batches and the delivery needs of customers.

“We have customer examples that caught our attention: one company achieved a 35% increase in productivity and another a 22% increase. To make it even easier for our customers, the product has been developed on a web system, allowing it to be accessed on any device with an Internet connection, including mobile devices,” emphasizes Telêmaco Scüncke, one of SISGETEP’s partners.

From a municipality of 10,000 people, SISGETEP now serves companies in 47 different cities, in Santa Catarina, Parana and Sao Paulo. The thirst for innovation present in the DNA has linked the company to new customers and the Blusoft-ACATE technology center in the Blumenau region.

As a partner, SISGETEP integrates the technology ecosystem and participates in events such as the Startup Summit, one of the most important events in Brazil. In addition to meetings and knowledge sharing, the partnership with Blusoft-ACATE has contributed to the development of SISGETEP managers and the company’s own IT sector.

Along with partners Yuciara L. Packer, Sandro H. Tavares and five employees, Telemaco reveals other factors that are driving the company’s accelerated growth. “We strive for a humanized service and close connection with our customers, because, despite machines and technologies, we work for people.
