For many students, coursework is a great opportunity to put into practice the lessons learned over the years of study, as well as to prove themselves as a professional. And it was from TCC that SILPI Sistemas Humanizados emerged. According to Leonardo Gevard, CEO of the company associated with Blusoft-ACATE, it all started in 2017 when the institution was looking for the university where he and his partner studied, looking for help in developing a solution for senior long-term care institutions.

He says that his colleague, who was still looking for a topic for his work, took the idea and developed it. He studied and tested day-to-day processes in institutions, interacted with professionals and sought to learn everything he needed to put together the best software that would solve LTCF’s problems.

With the revision of the TCC, SILPI continued to work, but without much effort to conquer the market. However, even so, other institutions needed a solution and, largely through word of mouth, the company grew organically.

Two years later, in October 2019, the partners decided to take a closer look at the startup and bring it to life. Thus, they created the CNPJ and thus started their activities.

Leonardo says the company has brought to market a new type of billing for LSIE management software that charges only one monthly fee for all features, with no senior or registration fees and no support or training fees.

SILPI also has a remote and live training course with each institution in order to keep up to date with all the details and support the institutions in everything they need.
