“We differentiate ourselves by automating repetitive jobs, making it easy to get started and increasing productivity in less time. This allows the administrator to make the most of their time in management,” says Marcelino.

According to Marcelino, another important moment in the history of AP.Controle was the partnership with Blusoft-ACATE, which helped the company develop in several aspects in the market in which it operates. The organization with more than 30 years of history promotes technology in the Blumenau region and has important programs such as DRAFT and Entra21, which has been operating for 17 years and plans to provide IT training to all cities in 2022. Santa Catarina.
“The partnership with Blusoft has been very exciting, as we entered into the relationship due to the need for a skilled tech workforce. We had access to the Entra21 program, which provided us with new employees from the very beginning. After that, we are constantly in touch, exchanging ideas and experiences,” adds the administrator of AP.Controle.
