Like Florianopolis, Blumenau is already considered a major technological center of Santa Catarina. There are many companies and start-ups that were born in the city and are conquering both Brazil and the world today.

An example of this is PremierSoft, a Blumenau-based company specializing in the development of consistent and innovative mobile platform solutions, which was founded in 2011 and ranked second in the national GPTW Great Place to Work rankings last year in the Small Technology Companies category.

Rodrigo Rodrigo Hülsenbeck, CEO of PremierSoft, says it all started 11 years ago when his friend, Joao Paulo Ros, the company’s current vice president of internationalization, introduced him to a prospective client.

According to him, the client wanted to develop an application for his company, and when asked by Joao Paulo about this possibility, he replied: “Rodrigo knows how to do it” – this is the phrase that gave rise to PremierSoft right here, at that moment. .

The two friends rose to the challenge, and the result was a company that, in just over a decade of existence, has increasingly stood out in the technology field.

Rodrigo says technology is in everything PremierSoft does. The company specializes in technology solutions and therefore promotes services for the placement of IT specialists and the development of mobile and web software.

He explains that the distribution of IT professionals was an alternative for companies, institutions and start-ups around the world to not suffer from the lack of a labor market that is currently not keeping pace with the demand for IT.

“At the same time, our specialists can work and meet the needs of companies that lack a skilled workforce,” he adds.

When it comes to software development, whether it’s a website or a mobile app, PremierSoft embraces innovative designs and develops them with the right technology, with the help of dynamic and high-performing professionals.

PremierSoft is one of the fastest growing technology companies in Brazil. It had 30 employees in 2021. Today there are about 160 of them. And this expansion is also taking place outside the country.

Rodrigo says the company is in the process of internationalizing, that it already has a branch office in Santa Monica, California, USA, and that it intends to open PremierSoft branches on every continent within the next few years.
