The National Land Transport Agency Level 2 Commissioning Group wants to guarantee good contracts for partners if the incumbent government is not re-elected. A whopping 28.8 million reais will be spent just to extend the lease on the headquarters — the agency hasn’t given a timeline. Consultants will also give way to outsourced workers. “Specialized technical support services in the field of consulting design, management and operation of the requirements of infrastructure expansion projects and logistics and government programs” (ugh!) will cost 16 million reais for just one contract. Other contracts of the same type, ranging from 3 million to 6 million reais, cover “consulting design” of road works. There is an interesting agreement for 18.8 million reais for “Administrative support services to meet the needs of the headquarters.” In a note, ANTT does not detail the agreements and says that the contracts are public and “are intended to support its institutional mission and legal powers.”
Ticket tax
The Fire Brigade, Civil Police and Department of Health of the State of Paraná do not have an additional budget to pay hangar fees for their aircraft at Bakakeri, Afonso Pena, Londrina and Foz do Iguaço airports in Paraná, which have been provided. They are not barred from working – for priority reasons such as surgeries and transporting organs – but the bill on the managers’ table is only growing. Senator Nelsinho Trada’s (SDP) bill, which exempts these planes from the “duty”, remains in the hangar in the drawer of the House of Representatives.
The return of the union?
Targeting the working class, yelling that it will return to the glory days of rights, candidate Lula da Silva (PT) is talking to the bosses. He’s not crazy about disfiguring approved labor reform, says an ally. The only change, if he is elected president, will be the return of the union tax to strengthen the central parties. The same tax that for decades covered high costs and paid director privileges.
Aetius in chain
Once king in the green room and now snubbed, the toucan Esio Neves (MG) was barely elected as a federal deputy – he was in 34th place out of 54 seats in the state, with 85,000 votes. But he did not lose the ring of power in Congress. Proposes to head the Committee on Foreign Relations and National Defense again. CREDN has a good interface with Itamaraty and guarantees international travel on the “Elizabeth Arden circuit”.
pond
Elected senator from Rio Grande do Sul, Vice President Hamilton Murao (Republicans) will not miss the Palacio do Jaburu pond. Early in his term, excited about swimming in the pool, he decided to go kayaking on the lake (it’s not Lake Paranoa). He fell out of the kayak and was drowning when he was rescued by two guards who dived in their jackets, hand in hand. He hurt pride, gave the duet a big reprimand.
Ferrari Helipad
The Air Force has authorized (Request No. 692/SAGA) to publish the Basic Defense Area Plan for a luxury residential tower helipad designed by renowned Italian studio Pininfarina, the same studio that designs Ferrari. It will be in front of the beach in Fortaleza. It will have 50 floors with 425 m² apartments. Each of them costs, as shown below, 6.5 million reais.
