“Signs of Weakness”
The Secretary General of NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) said on Tuesday that Russian missile strikes on several cities in Ukraine are a “sign of weakness” as Russian forces are being defeated.
“I believe that what we have seen this Monday is actually a sign of weakness because the reality is that they cannot move forward. Russia is really losing the battlefield,” said Norwegian Jens Stoltenberg.
According to the Secretary General, the Russian troops are “giving up territory because they are unable to stop the advance of the Ukrainian troops.”
