Former US President Donald Trump congratulated Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) this Monday (3) on his performance in the first round of last Sunday’s presidential election (2).

Without naming an opponent, Trump called Lulu a “radical left-wing challenger” in the election.
“Now that other conservatives have fallen out of the picture, President Bolsonaro is in a very strong position to win a BIG victory. The most important thing is that he will win because the wonderful people of Brazil appreciate the great work he has done and is doing. A huge increase in voters in the last 24 hours! ”, – said the Republican politician.
The current president came in 2nd with 43.2% of the valid votes, behind Lula (Portugal) with 48.43%. The two will face each other in the second round on October 30th.
