The document questions the conduct of Moraes and PF delegate Fabio Shor in their operation against businessmen who, depending on the results of this year’s elections, would have defended a coup d’état.

According to R7, the delegates contend that the magistrate issued a “manifestly unlawful search and stop” order; violation of banking secrecy; blocking profiles in social networks; blocking all bank accounts and determining the hearings of eight businessmen”, stressing that there was no threat of a coup d’etat, only a discussion on this topic.
