The Pros (Republican Party of Social Order) confirmed this Sunday (31) the candidacy of entrepreneur and digital influencer Pablo Marsal for President of the Republic. The vice president’s name has not yet been released.
The confirmation of Marsal’s name, which emphasized that he was a Christian, came amid hymns of praise, speeches by members of the national council of the pros, and cries of “I believe.”

The event also served the party to ask the people to vote for candidates for proportional positions in a party that is trying for the first time to become President of the Republic. Across the country, more than 1,500 pro members will compete for Brazilian votes in the next elections, which will be held on 2 October.
“Polarization will never end. They need to be pierced,” said Marsal about one of the reasons for his entry into politics. Describing himself as “a third path candidate no one has the guts to assume,” Marsal says he already has a government plan with 90 directives. Among his priorities is a change in tax and electoral rules. “You can’t do tax reform if you don’t do electoral reform first,” Marsal commented, promising that if elected, he would boost Brazilian companies and exports.
“We must definitely focus on companies, because they are the ones that create jobs, not [o setor] political,” Marsal mused before positioning himself in favor of the “privatization” of Petrobras and Eletrobras. “If you privatize a company and hand it over to business groups, I myself want to be first in line to buy it. Because, for example, Petrobras is the energy company that makes the biggest profit in the world.”
Marsal also says that if elected, he will encourage the political participation of citizens and protect the right of the fetus to life. “We are going to make a small change to the Criminal Code, and abortion will be called the murder of an innocent life,” he said, while stating that he was in favor of maintaining the cases when the law allows abortion (in cases where the pregnancy was the result of rape or life-threatening women).
