The mayor of Urusanga, Luis Gustavo Cansille of the PP, was summoned by a public notice of the establishment of a processing commission to investigate his conduct before the executive branch. This is because he could not be found to be notified to protect him. The notice was posted last week and the deadline for defending it is this Sunday.
On June 21, the creation of a new processing commission was approved to investigate possible political and administrative offenses committed by Mayor Gustavo Cansille of the PP. The representation of the former adviser Julio Cesar Bonetti demands the deprivation of the mayor’s mandate.
After the presentation of the defense, Commission President Fabiano de Bona of the PSDB makes an appointment to discuss continuation or archiving. From that moment, if a decision is made to continue, the work of hearing witnesses begins.
The Commission has a maximum of 90 days to submit a final investigation report.
