Urusanga Civilian Police concluded this Thursday an investigation into a “break-in” complaint filed by former administration secretary Andrésa Baldessar. It is concluded that the crime of “intrusion into a computer device” took place, since the former secretary’s WhatsApp would be registered on the mayor’s office computer, which would allow conversations and audio recordings to be recorded.
“Support” should have been done by two employees of the mayor’s office.
Baldessar filed a police report claiming to be the victim of a “hacker”, with information, including personal information, under threat of disclosure. She showed up at the city’s police station on June 20, accompanied by advisers who claim she is wanted by emissaries from the PP, Mayor Luis Gustavo Cancellera.
She remained secretary in the government of Deputy Mayor Jair Nandi of the SDP and left the post when incumbent President Luis Gustavo Canceller returned to the post.
The police, who do not officially show themselves due to the secrecy of justice in this case, launched an investigation into the case and seized the mobile phone of the adviser Thiago Muttini from the PP and former council member Luis Carlos Cardoso, known as Nariz.
The investigation is referred to the State Ministry, which may or may not file a complaint against those involved in the case.
