A domestic kitten got stuck on a power pole in Dildo, Canada. The owners quickly called the fire department to rescue him, but when they were about to help him, he jumped straight to the ground.
Coco, a 3-year-old tabby cat, ran away from her home, rose to a height of more than 10 meters and meowed for about two hours. Information taken from R7.
According to the New York Post tabloid, the owners said the animal did not spend much time outside and climbed onto the pole out of fear that it was being chased by a dog.
The cat jumped before the firefighters arrived
A video from social media shows the moment a firefighter climbs a pole to a crying animal to save it. “Coco, he’s going to help you, my love,” Reed, the animal’s owner, can be heard shouting in the background of the recording.
However, the kitten refused help and simply jumped to the ground, trying to escape from the firefighters.
