The presence of capybaras roaming the streets is a common sight in some municipalities of Santa Catarina. In Caçador, in the midwest of the state, a curious and somewhat amusing record shows that in addition to the capybaras crossing the street one after the other, a man imitating animals.
The video was posted on TikTok by Tayonara.o and went viral. Already over 1.3 million views. In the caption, she describes the scene. “Follow me to get more teapots. A capybara I’ve never seen before.” In the location, it identifies the municipality of Cásador. “You see,” the woman says, laughing.
In the pictures you can see a man walking on “four legs”, resting his hands on the ground and following the capybaras at the same speed. On the sidewalk, a friend was filming an imitation.
Many netizens only realized it was a man when he got up. “I only realized when he got up, lol,” comments one of the Internet users. The author of the video writes in the comments that she left the Leo Chaves show and she did not even have a voice to laugh at. “Catch the pigeon,” another netizen writes.
