The brutal scene caught the attention of the Dibea (Animal Welfare Administration) rescue team in Florianopolis. Three puppies were found in a trash can this week. They were locked in plastic bags buried in the sand.
The newborn puppies were rescued by the residents of the village. The Dibea team immediately sent the animals to the veterinary clinic. They were cleaned and cared for.
This Tuesday (6) the puppies were discharged and went to the house of an employee of the institution. However, the trio still needs a supportive home and a wet nurse for food.
Because they are still very small, care must be intensive for them because they remain in a delicate health situation. Anyone interested in helping puppies can contact Dibea directly via Instagram.
