After six months of investigation, none of the allegations against the HOF Clinic in Florianópolis regarding drug manipulation and the use of counterfeit drugs have been confirmed.

The results were announced by the lawyer of the dentist Anderson Silva, the owner of the establishment, Claudio Gastana da Rosa Filho. Since May of this year, a task force consisting of Prokon, the Department of Health, the prosecutor’s office, civilian police and other authorities began to inspect and thoroughly investigate the site, but, according to the defense, no violations were found that could justify the charges.

“No clinic has ever been audited as thoroughly as the Anderson Silva Clinic by a task force that has never been seen before. And nothing bad was discovered,” adds Gastan Filho.

He stresses that the investigation proved that none of the drugs used at the scene were adulterated or adulterated. “On the contrary, all invoices for the said products were verified and proved that the products used in the HOF Clinic were 100% original and not only complied with the provisions of the law, but were also of the highest standard. Documents show that he works with the latest products, which are among the best in the industry,” he claims.

Based on this information, widely disseminated on the Internet and various media, false accusations were also made against the HOF clinic, the lawyer says. Some of these people were not even patients of the plant, according to Gastau, who says he is also preparing a number of criminal and civil claims for emotional damages against them.

For Anderson Silva, proving there were no drug abuses is recognition of his life’s investment and work. “In my 21 years in the profession, I have always kept up with the times, purchased the best products on the market and had excellent relationships with clients. I’ve never had a problem with a patient, with Procon or any other organ, with a serious complication, so when this happened I was shocked. Every day, an inspector appeared at the clinic without warning, without elements that could justify these new actions,” explains the dentist.

He says that even for his social projects and teaching the HOF Solidário course, he uses the latest products. “I don’t know of any other professional here in the state who uses this quality of equipment for teaching,” the dentist emphasizes.

Favorable results for the dentist

One by one, Anderson Silva explains, all the trials and accusations were answered, and the results were favorable to him.

“It’s hard to deal with all this because we spend our whole lives building a career, a lot of work, determination, dedication, and suddenly we see that all this effort is undeserved and that this is a business in which you put everything you have was. life being attacked, knowing that we always do the right thing, within the law, is very difficult,” he says.

The HOF Clinic has closed, but work continues at the Aesthetics Clinic. Now the goal is to restore. With the support of his family, wife Daisy Silva and two children, Giovana, 12, and Arthur, 7, Anderson Silva has already put his coat back on and is moving forward.

“I am a man of great faith, our clients know the quality and consistency of our work. Today I have already been restored, I work in my own building without paying rent. Little by little we are proving that there were no violations at the clinic, and we are compensating for all the losses we suffered this year,” he states.
