Paul Sergio: Recommendations for physical activity should always take into account the individuality of each person, so guidance from a physical education specialist is important. With that in mind, walking is one of the most accessible and popular outdoor activities; street race; cycling, skateboarding, rollerblading and scootering; functional training; modalities such as yoga and Taijiquan; sand sports – beach tennis and footvolley; trails; collective games such as football, volleyball and basketball practiced on the beach and in open areas; among others.

Paul Sergio: In principle, there are no restrictions on outdoor physical activity, and everyone is encouraged to try to lead an active lifestyle. With regard to specific care for the practice of outdoor physical activity, we can highlight the importance of hydration, the use of sunscreen and a cap, the use of comfortable clothing that allows perspiration, and the use of suitable shoes for the modality to be performed. practiced.
