This Friday, Blumenau received a new number of vaccines from the Pfizer brand (17). The use of immunizers follows Dive (Department of Epidemiological Surveillance) guidelines.

These immunizers will be used in the following situations: 2nd dose in persons over 12 years of age who have started a vaccine regimen; use of the 3rd dose in pregnant women; international travelers (provided they prove the requirement of the country of destination); the use of the 3rd dose in adolescents aged 12 to 17 years who received the second dose more than 4 months ago.
These doses will not be used to start the vaccination calendar for people who have not yet received their first dose of Covid-19 vaccine. In addition, the municipality also continues to use the AstraZeneca, Coronavac and Janssen brand vaccines for the first booster (3rd dose) and the second booster (4th dose) in the population.
Vaccine rooms
A list of departments that have a vaccination room is available at blumenau.sc.gov.br/salasdevacina. In Blumenau, Covid-19 vaccines do not need to be planned. On weekdays from Monday to Friday, the vaccination room of the General Family Clinic (AGP) is open from 7:00 to 20:30.
