Tom Hiddleston answers whether Loki could bring dead heroes back to the MCU
Could the God of Mischief bring back some familiar heroes with his new ability?
Warning: Spoiler alert!
With the end of the second season Lokiactor Tom Hiddleston took advantage of his time in Evening show (via Entertainment Weekly) to address some fan theories. One of them is the possibility God of Mischief bring back some very popular MCU heroes such as Tony Stark, Iron Man, thanks to the new character ability.
After questioning the leader Jimmy Fallon If Loki, who in the second season of the Disney+ series begins to slip through time (and eventually gains the ability to actually control it), can now “resurrect” some super-powered person who has already died in the MCU Like Stark, Hiddleston tried to defuse the conversation by responding to the question on the field with an assumption:
“That guy. It’s investigative journalism! Well, technically, time slipping gives Loki some interesting powers. So I guess, yeah, he can move between the past, present, and future. I know I can slip through time. I don’t know.” whether other characters can do the same.”
Star Loki also commented on his character’s journey through the franchise, a man known for dying and coming back several times without any major problems:
“Speaking for myself, Loki died several times. I’m still here. I don’t know if death is obligatory… I mean, death is open, like an existential question! That’s all I can tell you!
If Loki does manage to force some MCU heroes to return to the world of the living from other timelines, it will open the door for characters like Tony Stark or Natasha Romanoff, played by Scarlett Johansson, to reappear in the Marvel Studios franchise. But remember that for now it’s just assumptions.
