With James Gunn and Peter Safran at the helm of DC Studios, several new projects were announced for DC’s new phase of production across various media. As a result, some actors said goodbye to their roles in favor of new ones, as in the case of Superman, who was previously played by Henry Cavill and will now be played by David Corenswet. But Gunn mentioned some of the actors who will remain in the productions, such as Freddie Stroma who interprets Vigilant.
In response to a Threads fan who asked if Freddy Stroma would return to DC production, Gunn I answered in the affirmative and will continue to interpret Vigilant. The character is introduced in Peacemaker and follows the main character during his journey upon returning to his hometown. It’s worth remembering that second season Gunn has already announced Peacemaker, which he says will be released at some point after Superman: Legacy.
In addition to VigilantGunn also confirmed that Peacemaker performed by John Cena, Amanda Waller performed by Viola Davis and blue beetle performed by Xolo Maridueña will return.
