Jordi Roca, pastry chef at El Celler de Can Roca, with his two brothers, regained his voice after losing it for years due to dystonia. The chef himself shared the news via a video posted on his social networks, in which he joked that at two in the morning he had the voice of a radio announcer.

“I am very happy, but with some fear and anguish at the thought that this might go away again.. May be. But now it’s time to enjoy it and not dwell on it,” he admitted in the video, very happy but fearful of what could happen: “When something like what happened to me happens to you, it’s very difficult to recover your voice. It may even be that tomorrow I will not have a voice again. However, he wanted to be sure: “Today, when I have a voice, I want to thank all the people who have been by my side all this time”.
In the same way, the cook, with great excitement and joy, told that at night he was able to tell his daughter a bedtime story. “This morning when he woke up, he again asked me to tell him,” he said, smiling. But he told him not one, but as many as five books, including The Three Little Pigs, Pinocchio, or Little Red Riding Hood.
