An updated list of properties for which responsible persons are eligible to withdraw from the Severance Payment Compensation Fund (FGTS) is now available on the Joinville City Hall website due to heavy rainfall this August.

A list of objects registered with the Civil Defense and eligible for mining, as well as instructions for accessing resources, can be found at bit.ly/saquefgts822.

Withdrawals can be made until December 11, and the request is made digitally. To be able to withdraw, you must have a balance in your FGTS account and have not withdrawn for the same reason for less than 12 months. The maximum withdrawal amount is 6.2 thousand reais.

The request is made through the FGTS application, in the Meus Saques version, without the need to contact the agency. When making an application, it is possible to specify an account for receiving amounts, free of charge.

The FGTS app is available as a free download on digital platforms and is compatible with Android and IOS operating systems.

The term for the return of the analysis and crediting to the account in case of approval of the withdrawal is five working days. For more information, workers can visit the Caixa website or call 0800 726 0207.

The City of Joinville declared a state of emergency due to the rains on August 11, shortly after the weather event. Recognition by the federal government took place in September.
