Concepts such as sustainability are favored in a project that has large forest areas as well as systems to conserve water, energy and recycling.

Once construction is completed, the recreational areas – playgrounds, recreation areas, animal playground and gym – the community garden and landscaping project will be managed by a residents’ association responsible for maintaining the community services in good condition. The goal is to offer new centers of recreation, sports and coexistence not only to the residents, but to the entire region.

In addition to housing, Real Parque will also have shops such as a bakery, pharmacy and butcher shop to ensure residents move as little as possible outside the area.
