Banks want new clients to grow their portfolio. For this reason, they launch campaigns in which they “give away” money in order to attract them. The last to do this was BBVA, which will give 150 euros gross for new customers in Spain who donate a salary or pension equal to or greater than 800 euros per month, an incentive that will be available until 31 October.

In this way, the organization is extending the promotion it has awarded to young people who signed up with a “Va Contigo” account.. To take advantage of this promotion, you must not be a current customer of the bank, not exit as a customer within the first six months prior to the start of the promotion, and have kept your salary or direct debit pension for one year.

Once these requirements are met, the new customer will receive 150 euros gross (121.50 euros net) in their bank account. Likewise, a customer can use BBVA’s bank exchange service to transfer their income, their receipts, or their organization’s bank accounts if they so desire.

The bank will also reward registration with a second linked “online account” and a debit and credit card, both with no issuance and maintenance fees if the conditions are met, and at the same time provide a management team for these new clients.
