A man sentenced to 24 years in prison for drug trafficking was arrested last Friday afternoon (2) in an apartment in the center of Balneario Camboriu, on the north coast of Santa Catarina.

According to the 12th BPM (military police battalion), the 38-year-old suspect had a valid arrest warrant for drug trafficking and was on the run. He was sentenced to 24 years in prison by the Paraná judiciary.
