In office for nearly six months, following the resignation of Jean Loureiro (União Brasil) due to an electoral dispute, Mayor Topazio Neto (PSD) is starting to make changes to the first tier. The first steps have been taken in the last days.
Ronaldo Freire was the head of cabinet who succeeded Fabio Botelho, who works in the urban development portfolio and will also take over the new government secretariat, one of the changes in the administrative reform that the mayor’s office is bringing.
Topazio also decided to make changes in the Civic House: Carlos Eduardo Sousa Neves, Mammoth, enters in place of Everson Mendez, transferred to the Administration.
Journalist Bruno Oliveira, who served as chief of staff for the Jehan administration, is returning to the executive branch to share a zone of communication with current superintendent Aline Cabral Vaz.
