A man calmly walks a horse in the water among other visitors, enjoying a sunny day. Despite the calm, moving with animals on the beach is prohibited.

According to Municipal Law No. 2345 of 2015, “the presence, keeping and transportation of animals in public places or places of free access is prohibited under penalty of a fine.”

The specific case has never been reported to FAMAP (Environment Fund). But residents who see such scenes can directly call the GOR (operational rescue group).
