The fisherman was amazed when he came across an anaconda hidden under rocks in the river. The action has gone viral on YouTube and has already surpassed 1.1 million views.

In the recording, Felipe Packer says he only noticed the presence of the “giant” after 30 minutes of fishing. Check out the YouTuber’s reaction in the video below!

“He didn’t attack me because he didn’t want to. When I was fishing for giant tucunares and trairaos on the Alto Hari River, I came across this scene: an anaconda right behind me, hidden in the rocks. I walked past her and didn’t notice. I spent almost half an hour on my back with her. Now I can say that I was born again,” he said.

It is still known that Packer seems to be intrigued when he sees an anaconda hidden in this confined space. “I think there’s a hole underground and it’s just with a tail sticking out, or it’s under a rock, but it’s not small,” he said.

The fisherman even touches the anaconda and after a few minutes finds it curled up under the rocks. “How does an animal of this size manage to go unnoticed?” he asks.
