Andressa Neto López, 45, from Santa Catarina, died in a traffic accident recorded this Monday (10) on a BR-116 in Campina Grande do Sul (PR). She was a former servant of Laguna and was traveling with family members to Aparecida do Norte in São Paulo.
According to the PRF (Federal Highway Police) of Paraná, the car carrying Andrezza and three other people ran off the road, collided with a metal fence and a ravine, and ended up overturning.
According to PRF, a driver of a vehicle with license plates from Florianopolis would have lost control of the direction of travel while cornering. The track was wet and drizzling.
Also according to police, the accident resulted in the death of Santa Catarina and minor injuries to two other passengers, who were rescued by the site’s concessionaire. The driver was not hurt. He did an alcohol test, which came back negative for alcohol consumption.
Mourning
Laguna Romening City Council President Souza Rodriguez has declared three days of mourning within the legislature for the death of a former servant.
“We deeply regret the death of Andrezza, she was an exemplary servant, worked for several years in the Legislative Secretariat and advised parliamentarians. We, servers, employees and parliamentarians are alarmed by what has happened. We ask God to comfort family and friends,” Rodriguez said.
Andressa López was the niece of former councilor and deputy mayor Luis Fernando Schiffler López. She was traveling with family members to the city of Aparecida do Norte (SP).
Andrezza’s wake will take place this Tuesday (11) at 13:00 at the Santo Antonio Mortuary of the Gosman Funeral Home, the coffin was left at 18:00 at the San Matheus Crematorium in Capivari de Baixo.
