Military police officer Camila Novak de Oliveira Biscay, 31, died of a brain aneurysm in the early hours of last Saturday (30) while on duty in Curitiba, the capital of the state of Parana. The death was confirmed on Monday morning (1st) by the PMPR (Parana Military Police).

Camila was a soldier in the 23rd Military Police Battalion assigned to the 3rd Company in Curitiba. The policeman was taken to the Trabalhador hospital, but could not stand it and died.
PMPR reported that she had surgery on Saturday morning, but an unforeseen event occurred and the operation was postponed. Camila was referred to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to stabilize her vital signs.
On Sunday, the PMPR corporation even asked for prayers and blood donations for the soldier, but around 6 am that Monday, the death was confirmed.

Sole’s early death caused a great stir among fellow police officers, family and friends. Camila joined PMPR Corporation in April 2016.
“Known for her joy and high spirits, she infected everyone with her positive energy, for always thinking of her comrades in uniform when she prepared delicious coffee, always accompanied by a cake prepared with love and tenderness!”, recalled Lieutenant Gabriel Enrique Nagata, in a note.
Camille’s wake is to begin at 6 am on Tuesday (2) at the Associação da Vila Militar chapel. The funeral will take place at 4:00 pm at the Señor do Bonfim Cemetery in São Jose dos Pinhais.
